Im on nights but can get up early and go straight to work aterwards….
so who is up for a Ride…. 2 hours would be about right with my lack of sleep.( then back to work until 0600 – home for 4 hours then a meeting at HQ in Waterloo at 1230pm!! I’m gonna be wrecked LOL)
I am hoping to get Ewan’s kit back by then so Richmond Park for a few laps ?
Say 1430hrs at Roehampton Gate ?
Thoughts ?

I am a possible. I’ll call the bike shop and see if my bike is ready. Have been crap at chasing them and didn’t really give them a deadline for when I wanted it for.

7 confirmed so far – I don’t think the Seat/trailer will be finished by then so it will be just me. Few laps then drinks then I’m off to work so It won;t be a huge ride.

oooh oooh me! i’ve never actually ridden for two hours so will be good for me! is roehampton gate the one at the top? one more q, are just gels and nuun ok for this or do i need something more substantial – like your favourite ben – s….n

Gels!! I will have been on nights, 4 hours sleep, up for the ride and straight back to work…… I’ll be knackered… but NO SOREEN please.
